VFINAX LLC will contact you via phone or email to obtain the information needed to prepare your tax returns. VFINAX LLC will use the information you submit to compile your tax returns; it does not assume any liability for the correctness or accuracy of that information.

In addition to the data you supply, VFINAX LLC may occasionally utilize additional data to prepare your tax returns as part of the planning scope by interpreting certain tax laws made available by the federal and state revenue departments.

If you have any planning scope applied to your tax return, VFINAX LLC will provide the tax liability position before and after planning, based on which you will have an option to choose when making the payment. After the tax return is prepared, VFINAX LLC will provide you with the status on your tax liability (whether Refund or Due). Please be aware that using the planning scope is entirely voluntary. Prior to making the payment, you can request that VFINAX LLC erase the planning scope from your tax returns.

VFINAX LLC will charge appropriate fees for the services provided, such as planning, preparing and filing of your tax returns. Please note that 'tax returns without planning benefits' and 'tax returns with planning advantages' are subject to separate fees. Therefore, before making the payment it is vital to select the most appropriate option. After payment, VFINAX LLC shall be free to impose a supplementary fee or refund an excess fee on its own initiative, since it is possible that the latter will happen

Pricing: compared to other industries, our pricing is very comparable. We charge US Individual Tax Return preparation fee of $24.99 for Federal Return and $29.99 for each State/Local Return. Depending on the complexity of the tax return, the benefits claimed and the services requested by the client, additional charges may be charged in addition to the preparation fee.

Refund Policy: If for any reason, you wish to discontinue proceeding with our services, after making the payment, we will refund you the total fees paid by you provided, if the tax return is not released for your review. However, if you do not wish to proceed with our services after the release of the tax document for your examination, we shall hold the minimum of the preparation fee or $100, whichever is higher, and refund the remainder of the fee.

If it is proven that there was negligent preparation, VFINAX LLC may accept responsibility for it and guarantees to pay any consequences examined by the tax authorities as a result of the negligence. (Here, "negligence" refers to any error that is plainly visible or that a reasonable person could see with the naked eye.) The maximum amount that VFINAX LLC or its representatives will pay in any circumstance, including negligence, will be the amount that you paid to use our service or the penalty amount, whichever is less.
